Shipping policy

Delivery Time
Orders are usually shipped within 5–7 business days after payment has been completed.
Our business days are weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Shipping may be delayed if an item is out of stock or during peak periods.
Products will be delivered through a shipping carrier.

Defective Products
Please inspect your products upon delivery.
We will promptly replace the following products free of charge.
Please return the product to us within seven days of delivery.

• The product received differs from the product ordered
• The product is damaged or stained

Refusal or Failure to Accept Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to an extended absence, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and any carrier fees incurred in shipping the product.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly request returns or exchanges, or refuse to accept deliveries without contacting us in advance.
