Returns/Exchanges
As a general rule, please refrain from making any changes to your order after it has been confirmed.
We do not accept order cancellations more than 30 minutes after an order is placed, or returns and exchanges after delivery due to customer preference or convenience.
We will, of course, assist you if the issue is our responsibility, such as a printing error or damage.
Changes to Order Details and Returns/Exchanges

Replacing or Changing Designs
Once your order has been confirmed, we do not accept design replacements or changes due to customer preference or convenience.
Please carefully review your design using the finished-product preview before placing your order.
We do not edit design files or perform color correction. Please submit your files in accordance with the applicable design guidelines.
If you submit data that does not comply with our requirements, additional processing fees may apply depending on the circumstances.
If the design needs to be replaced for any reason, such as a data error or a design that cannot be printed, we may reschedule the shipping date depending on the circumstances.
If your submitted data does not comply with our submission requirements, it may not be printed correctly. Such cases are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Changes and Cancellations After Placing an Order
Before placing your order, please carefully review all order details in your shopping cart.
Once your order has been confirmed, items, sizes, colors, quantities, designs, and other details cannot be changed.
However, you may cancel your order within 30 minutes of completing it from the order details page under “Order History” in My Page.
As our products are made to order, cancellations more than 30 minutes after an order is placed are generally not accepted.
However, if production has not yet begun, we may accept a cancellation subject to an administrative cancellation fee of $10, including tax, per item.
We are unable to accept cancellations on the grounds that the shipping date cannot be moved forward after an order has been placed.
Returns and Exchanges After Delivery
We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference or convenience.
Although all products are thoroughly inspected, please also inspect your order upon delivery.
If we determine that an unused product is incorrect, damaged, stained, or has a manufacturing or printing defect, we will promptly produce a replacement.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact us through the inquiry form within seven days of delivery.
We cannot accept requests for exchanges or returns made more than seven days after delivery.
We cannot accept products returned without contacting us in advance.
We will cover the return shipping costs for approved returns or exchanges.
Please send the product back using cash-on-delivery shipping.

When returning the product, please write your order number in the “Description of Contents” field on the shipping label.
Differences in Product Dimensions and Colors
We make every effort to ensure that the product color samples shown on our website are as close as possible to the actual colors. However, colors and brightness may vary depending on your device and display environment. Please understand this before ordering.
There may be slight variations in fabric thickness, color, and other characteristics between different production lots. Please understand this before ordering.
For apparel, actual measurements may vary by approximately ±2–3 cm from the dimensions shown in the size chart, and individual variations may occur. Please understand this before ordering.
For bags and other accessories, actual measurements may vary by approximately ±5% from the dimensions shown in the size chart, and individual variations may occur. Please understand this before ordering.
Variations within the ranges stated above are considered to meet our inspection standards and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds
If we are unable to obtain a replacement item due to it being out of stock or for another reason, we will issue a refund.
Refunds will be processed after the defective product has been received by us.
For convenience-store payments, refunds cannot be issued at the convenience-store counter.
We process refunds promptly after confirming the defective product. However, the actual timing of the refund may vary depending on the payment method and payment processing provider. Please understand this in advance.
